Having accessed the personal account, you can receive applications from your breeders and sub-clubs, or create your own documents and issue them. Issuance of any document or provision of any service involves creation of a corresponding application. The application contains the query parameters, the history of its handling and changes, and the final document is attached to it.
For the convenience of working with applications, there are two folders: “Inbox” and “Outbox”. The “Inbox” folder contains the applications, which you have received for the purpose processing and which require your action. The “Outbox” folder contains those applications, which you have sent to other performers. This folder also contains the applications, for which you have played a coordinating role (a sub-club’s application for an exhibition license).
